How to join PrimeBlocks

Choose your edition and follow the steps. Console players connect through the PrimeBlocks app.

What is CityBuild, and what can I do on PrimeBlocks?

CityBuild is a Minecraft server mode where you build on your own plot and share a world with other players. On PrimeBlocks, you gather resources, earn money through jobs and trade with others. What you build is up to you.

Is PrimeBlocks an SMP server?

PrimeBlocks is a CityBuild server with many familiar SMP features: survival gameplay, building together, trading, auctions and PvP. The main difference from an SMP without land protection is that you build on your own protected plot. Other players cannot break blocks or destroy your builds there unless you give them permission.

How do I get my own plot?

Use /p auto to claim an available plot, or speak to the plot NPC at spawn. You can build there and choose who gets to build with you.

Where can I gather building materials?

Gather wood, stone and other resources in the resource worlds. Use /farm to choose between the Overworld, Nether and End. Build your home on your plot, since the resource worlds reset on the first day of every month.

How do I start earning money?

Jobs let you earn money while playing, for example by gathering resources. You can have several jobs at once and sell items you collect to other players. The wiki lists the jobs and what they pay.

How do I buy and sell items?

You can use chest shops or trade directly with other players. Send a nearby player a trade request with /trade <name>. The trade window lets you both check the items and coins before confirming the exchange.

Can my friends build on my plot?

Yes, you can give your friends building permissions and remove them in the plot menu. Choose whether they can build there all the time or only while you are on the CityBuild server. Only give permissions to players you trust, as they can also access blocks and chests.

  1. Download the app

    Download the PrimeBlocks app from the App Store or Google Play.

  2. Get your code in-game

    Run on PrimeBlocks to receive a six-digit code.

  3. Log in to the app

    Enter the code under LOGIN on the app’s home screen. Your account will be linked and your progress synced.

Our team will never ask for it. Anyone with your code can access your in-game accounts.

Run again to receive a new code and invalidate all older codes.
