PrimeBlocks

Terms and conditions

The basis for using PrimeBlocks. Store purchases are contracted separately through Tebex.

Updated:

Scope and operator

PrimeBlocks is operated by Prime Codes GmbH, Pappelallee 78/79, 10437 Berlin, Germany. These terms cover our website and the server services provided. Specific product agreements and mandatory legal rights take precedence over conflicting general statements.

Children and permission

Minors need the permission of their legal representative where required by law. Using the website does not give blanket permission to make purchases. Tebex purchases also follow its age and contractual requirements; Tebex specifies a minimum age of 16. Legal capacity and parental permission requirements continue to apply.

Accounts and security

Website accounts are not yet available. Registration requirements, data processing and the contractual process will be added before accounts launch. Keep credentials confidential. Accounts must not be used to evade sanctions or abuse services.

Server rules and fair use

The separate server rules explain conduct, trading, modifications and sanctions. Fraud, unauthorized automation, harassment, unlawful content and interference with other accounts or systems are prohibited. Reports are assessed using the circumstances and evidence available.

Availability and changes

Maintenance, faults and security measures may affect availability. A specific service level is owed only where expressly agreed. Changes to paid digital services remain subject to legal conditions, information duties and any termination rights; there is no unrestricted right to change them.

Store and contracting party

The product details, prices and terms displayed before purchase apply to Tebex checkout. Tebex acts as the seller of digital licenses, rather than solely as a payment processor. This website prepares the selected basket; the purchase is completed and payment is made at Tebex. Preparing a basket or returning to this website is not confirmation of payment. Check the game account, duration, total price and any recurring charges before purchasing.

Digital products and duration

Ranks, virtual currency, boosters or other benefits apply only for their stated scope and duration. Virtual game values cannot be redeemed for money unless expressly agreed. A benefit must not be advertised as unlimited when its actual duration is restricted. Specific product conditions will be defined when products are offered.

Cancellation and statutory remedies

Statutory cancellation, conformity and refund rights remain intact. Where a withdrawal right applies to paid digital content, delivery alone does not remove it: all applicable conditions, including required express consent to early performance, acknowledgment and contract confirmation, must be satisfied. The relevant checkout disclosures also apply.

Payment issues and refunds

For a Tebex order, contact [email protected] with the transaction reference. For missing in-game delivery, you can also contact [email protected]. Valid payment disputes must not automatically trigger penalties or remove statutory rights.

Restrictions and review

Rule breaches may require proportionate restrictions, including a ban. Security measures may take immediate effect. You can request review at [email protected] with the relevant circumstances. A ban does not automatically extinguish consumer claims. Applicable safeguards must be considered before automated decisions with significant effects are introduced.

Promotions and prize draws

Prize draws and similar promotions need separate rules available before they begin, specifying eligible countries and age groups. Prizes, dates, selection, notification, deadlines and data processing must be stated. Purchases must not be presented as an entry requirement or a way to improve odds where prohibited by law.

Your content and intellectual property

Only publish content for which you hold the necessary rights. Any license required for a future wiki or other publishing feature will be explained as part of that feature. Simply using this website does not transfer all rights in your work. Minecraft and other third-party rights remain with their respective owners.

Liability

Statutory liability rules apply. Liability for intentional misconduct, gross negligence, injury to life, body or health, and other non-excludable claims is not excluded. Keeping backups of your content is sensible but does not replace services owed by law or contract.

Applicable law and consumer protection

German law applies where validly agreed. Mandatory consumer protection in your habitual country of residence and statutory jurisdiction rules remain unaffected. No language version is intended to exclude mandatory rights.

Contact and updates

Contact [email protected]. Material changes will be communicated appropriately before they apply, with consent obtained where required.
