PrimeBlocks

Parents' guide

A practical guide for parents and caregivers: shared play, digital purchases, personal boundaries and getting help.

Updated:

What is PrimeBlocks?

PrimeBlocks is a Minecraft world for Java and Bedrock. CityBuild means players shape their surroundings: building houses and shared projects, gathering resources and trading items. Some enjoy building; others fish, run a small shop or take part in tournaments. Different interests and play styles have a place. Behind the characters are real people: friends and players who are initially strangers. Our aim is a friendly, moderated place for younger and adult players where creativity, cooperation and respect matter. A house, shop or shared project can be as meaningful as any creative hobby: something your child planned, earned and built with others.

Learning opportunities without pressure

PrimeBlocks is recreation, not an educational or therapy program. More playtime or spending is not required for positive experiences.

Creativity, spatial thinking and planning

How does an idea become a house, shop or landscape? Building lets children estimate shapes and sizes, try designs and calculate materials. Limited resources and a budget turn an idea into a plan with practical steps.

Communicating kindly and negotiating fairly

Trading and shared goals require explaining wishes, comparing offers and making agreements. Children can practise asking politely, listening and accepting no. A character can give quieter children a way into conversations at their own pace, without pressure to be the centre of attention.

Earning, saving and spending thoughtfully

Earned currency makes choices tangible: spend now or save for equipment? Will a purchase leave enough materials for a building project? Prices, supply and demand can start conversations about pocket money, needs and savings. The game economy is much simpler than real life.

Achieving more together

Large projects benefit from sharing tasks: one person gathers materials, another plans and another builds. Children experience how different strengths fit together, why reliable agreements matter and how to offer or accept help.

Patience, practice and fair responses to setbacks

Fishing, equipment upgrades and tournaments do not always work first time. They offer chances to persist, try another strategy and acknowledge others’ success. Taking a break and accepting that you do not have to win every contest matter too.

Confidence, responsibility and digital boundaries

Finishing a project or explaining something can build pride. A shared responsibility shows that your contribution matters. Boundaries matter equally: disagree respectfully, question unfair offers and seek help with uncomfortable contacts. Ask how your child reached an agreement, what they are saving for and what they would change next time.

Agreeing on playtime

Friendships, progress and limited-time events can encourage continued play. Agree on times, breaks and a sensible stopping point. Sleep, school, exercise and offline relationships need space.

An active booster or possible reward should not override an agreed boundary. If gaming regularly displaces other areas of life, have a calm conversation and seek independent advice if needed.

Ranks, currency and subscriptions

The store offers digital content, not physical goods. Ranks may add functions, currency is consumed when redeemed, and boosters have limited duration. The content and conditions displayed for the specific PrimeBlocks product apply.

Check the account, content, total price in your currency, duration and automatic renewal. A one-time purchase does not mean every product is subscription-free. Convert virtual prices into real money together and avoid purchase pressure.

“I would like a rank.”

A rank unlocks functions such as more saved homes or building and convenience features, depending on its tier. Regular ranks are one-time purchases without a monthly subscription and last for the lifetime of the server. Check the specific offer. A rank does not measure anyone’s worth and does not exempt them from the rules.

“I need Gems.”

Gems are game currency that can be bought or earned in play. They can be spent on treasure chests, boosters or skipping upgrade waits. Spending consumes the balance. Convert purchases into real money together: a Gems bundle is not yet a particular game item.

“I want to activate a booster.”

Boosters activate a time-limited effect such as flying, additional rewards or faster mining. The described effects benefit players on the relevant CityBuild. The timer runs after activation and does not create a permanent rank benefit. Helping the group should never become pressure to buy.

Payments and purchase restrictions

Purchases are completed with Tebex as the seller identified in checkout. Its current terms require purchasers to be at least 16; any required guardian permission and local rules also apply. This is not a general age rating for every service.

Contact Tebex Checkout Support about payments, refunds or purchase restrictions, and [email protected] where needed. Provide PrimeBlocks, the Minecraft account and edition, never passwords or full payment credentials.

Ask for confirmation of the restriction’s scope and actual activation. A request is not an active block. Secure payment methods and devices too; other accounts or stores are not automatically blocked.

Reporting and getting help

Have you seen another player say or do something worrying or inappropriate? Share your concern with us anonymously here.

The reporting channel is being prepared. For now, use “Contact us” to reach our team. Contact through Discord is not anonymous.

In an emergency in the United States, call 911. In England, call 999 or 112; for non-emergency police matters, call 101. Website support is not an emergency service. Do not download, copy or forward sexual images of minors; ask the police how to preserve evidence.

Boundaries and safety

Bullying, discrimination, threats, harassment and sexual approaches are unacceptable regardless of rank or purchases. Moderation cannot always detect incidents immediately; private contact on other platforms is not fully visible. Agree not to share passwords, home address, school or intimate pictures. Requests for secrecy, private meetings or uncomfortable conversations should be discussable with a trusted adult without fear of blame.

Report harassment

Privacy and ongoing support

Help your child assess sharing personal information and use age-appropriate account and device settings. Parental permission alone does not replace every child-safety or privacy requirement. See the privacy notice for details.

Attentive support, clear boundaries and early help matter more than rank or progress.
