Overview
FAC stands for Fishing Anti-Cheat, a dedicated security architecture for the PrimeBlocks fishing system. It protects legitimate players, fair progress and the server economy against automation, botting and manipulation. FAC is part of the official server rules, particularly sections 1, 2, 6, 7 and 8.
Why FAC matters
Fishing is a central part of the PrimeBlocks economy. Legitimate grinding can generate large amounts of coins, affecting prices, trading, plots, items and events. Bots can create unnatural currency flows, devalue honest progress and disrupt the entire economy. Gem fish are especially sensitive because they generate valuable shop currency and attract botting and account abuse. FAC protects this area autonomously in the background, evaluating patterns over time rather than reacting impulsively; legitimate players should be able to fish normally.
How the system works
FAC is a closed, multi-stage verification system. Isolated actions, short-lived anomalies or unusual moments do not suffice for a decision. It requires repeated, consistent and technically usable patterns over a longer observation period. Separate layers evaluate long-term behaviour, plausibility, context, pattern matches and internal validation. Only their combined result triggers a decision. Natural variation, individual differences, connection problems, input delay and performance fluctuations are considered. FAC evaluates behaviour in context rather than simply counting clicks.
Basis for decisions
Decisions use exclusively internally collected and verified game data. Only patterns assessed as incompatible with legitimate human play are considered. Reports, suspicions, intuition or individual anomalies do not trigger exclusions. A sufficiently long period must establish consistent, attributable and system-validated behaviour. Poor ping or an isolated unusual moment is not, by itself, grounds for exclusion. The same internal verification principles apply to everyone.
Prohibited advantages
Automated inputs or routines, external software, scripts, macros, bots and technical manipulation that makes game mechanics predictable or reproducible are prohibited. This includes systems producing reactions, decisions or sequences outside normal human interaction. Marketing a tool as legitimate, harmless, assistive or undetectable does not change the assessment. Server rule 6 applies, with rules 1 and 2 additionally relevant when currencies, rewards or economic systems are affected.
Exclusion procedure
FAC exclusions are issued exclusively and automatically by the system. Team members neither initiate them manually nor base them on player reports, suspicions, personal impressions or individual incidents. They cannot be negotiated or manually lifted by the server team. If an exclusion is demonstrably incorrect, only the system corrects it automatically. No manual exceptions are made: separating FAC from personal influence protects equal treatment and the integrity of its checks. Additional sanctions follow server rule 11.
Validation and self-correction
FAC is designed to avoid errors through conservative, multi-stage validation. An anomaly is not automatically manipulation; a clear, repeatable and technically reliable pattern is required. Assessments can be checked retrospectively against new findings and automatically corrected when the evidence requires it. Corrections use the same technical standards as the original assessment. Temporary irregularities, legitimate variations, connection issues and performance fluctuations do not automatically cause an exclusion. Exclusion requires the absence of a plausible explanation within normal human play.
Transparency and system protection
Technical details that would allow reproduction or circumvention are not published. This includes measurement methods, parameters, thresholds, internal checks, weightings, specific triggers and individual player recordings or raw data. Publishing these would enable targeted testing and abuse. Transparency therefore means clear rules, responsibilities and consequences, and explaining why internal detection details cannot be made public.
Appeals and support
Support accepts appeals and can check formal questions, account mix-ups or general inquiries. It does not manually lift or technically reassess an unambiguous FAC exclusion. Statements about play style, technical discussions, explanations of programs, claims about individual situations or requests for internal analysis values do not change the system assessment. Individual analysis results, raw data and checking logic are not published. This procedure relates to server rule 12.
Relationship to the server rules
FAC supplements the PrimeBlocks server rules. Automation, manipulation, bots, scripts, macros and other unfair advantages remain prohibited regardless of detection method. Rule 1 prohibits manipulation of server, economic and social systems; rule 2 requires reporting bugs and serious violations; rule 6 covers unfair client modifications and tools. Rule 7 defines FAC, rule 8 covers trading and economic interference, and rules 11 and 12 cover sanctions, support and appeals.
Ongoing protection
FAC protects fair chances, a stable economy, genuine progress and trust in game mechanics. An exclusion means behaviour has been assessed by the system as incompatible with normal human play, based on verified patterns rather than speculation, emotion or external pressure. PrimeBlocks may develop and adapt FAC to maintain game integrity and protect legitimate players.
