Tool damage against goblins

Mobs in the new structures now take about five times as much damage from pickaxes (netherrack, nether brick and stone goblins) or axes (wood goblins).

Plot homes use the center of the block

"/p sethome", "/p h" and "/p v" now use the center of the block instead of the corner.

Plot setting: picking up your own items

You can now pick up items you dropped yourself on plots, even when item pickup is disabled.
